You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CV Builder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, either express or implied. CV Builder does not warrant that our services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CV Builder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Term and Termination

These Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or CV Builder. You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing use of our services and canceling your account.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
